During the second quarter of 2024, the top Film & Television apps on the Android platform in Turkey exhibited diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s an overview based on Sensor Tower data.

Netflix started the quarter with 53K downloads and saw a decrease to around 35K mid-April. However, it rebounded, peaking at 51K in mid-June. Weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 1.4M and ending at approximately 1.6M by the end of June.

tabii saw a significant increase in downloads, beginning with 46K in early April and surging to 131K by the end of June. Its active users also rose from 619K to 742K over the same period. Revenue remained minimal, with a single dollar recorded at the end of June.

TV+ had a steady revenue stream, starting at $9.3K and peaking at $13.8K in early May. Downloads fluctuated, beginning at 48K and ending at 31K. Weekly active users showed variability, with a peak of 124K in early April and a drop to 93K by the end of June.

Disney+ experienced notable revenue peaks, starting at $67K in early April and reaching $100K mid-April. Downloads saw a high of 44K in mid-June. Active users increased from 241K to 302K mid-June, before settling at 247K by the end of the quarter.

BluTV had a consistent download trend, starting at 15K and increasing to 45K by the end of June. Active users grew steadily from 171K to 223K throughout the quarter.
